Katie Zwiebel
Owner and Trainer

Katie Zwiebel believes that in order to shine our lights brightly and do what we are meant to do, we must be healthy in body and in mind. Her varied athletic experience helps her create classes that are balanced, accessible for varied fitness levels, and challenging.  Katie is a certified Pilates instructor, avid swimmer, former Division I collegiate soccer player, triathlete, marathoner - having qualified for and completed the Boston Marathon, and has life experience across several athletic domains and sports.  She was an Elementary School Teacher for approximately a decade and is currently running Seattle Fit Club and raising she and her husband's 7 year old daughter, 6 year old son and 2 year old daughter. When not running boot camp or chasing after her three kids, Katie loves to hike with her family, volunteer on the Board for the Campaign for Inclusion at the Haring Center at UW (a center for children with and without disabilities), spend time with friends, swim, and dream up her next project which is a leadership experience for High School Girls.

Stephanie Meleady

One of Stephanie's favorite things to do in the morning is join you near Green Lake at 6 AM! Her classes are usually more cardio-focused and are structured in a way that you can go your own pace. Her experience with fitness comes from her hobbies as a kid and young adult in dance and running. Stephanie competed in cross country and track in college and now enjoys trail running and skiing. She is a certified coach from the American Sports Education Program and has a Resident Teaching License in French and Language Arts in the State of Washington. She received her B.A. in French from Grinnell College and Master of Education from the University of Washington.  When not at Green Lake, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her partner, his two kids, and her own four-legged furry kid, Lander  (who you are always welcome to meet after class).
